- We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on faulty merchandise. If you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 30 days so that we can arrange to have the goods replaced or your money refunded for the item costs & shipping.
- For a change of mind return, we will provide you with a store credit within 30 days of delivery for an unused product in sealed original packaging. The refund does not include delivery costs and the customer is responsible for return postage. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any free shipping items/orders. A store credit will be issued when the original product is received by us. Please contact us prior to returning the item back to us by emailing us at email@example.com
- Please note that the sale of all clearance items are final and we are unable to accept returns on all clearance items.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is a correct and completed address. In an instance where the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge a $10 return shipping fee and a redelivery postage charge as both fees are required by Australia Post and courier companies. Any cancellations which are the result of the incorrect shipping address provided may be subjected to 15% restocking fees and a $10 return delivery fee.
