Returns Policy

  • Faulty merchandise: If you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 15 days so that we can arrange to issue you a store credit or a refund back to your original payment method. A detailed report and images of faulty goods are required in order to process our warranty claim.


  • Change of mind returns: Please choose your items carefully as we are unable to issue you a refund for change of mind returns. A store credit will be provided to you upon the delivery of an unused product in sealed original packaging. The store credit issued does not include shipping cost and the customer is responsible for the return postage. A 5% restocking fee will apply for any change of mind returns which include an order cancellation prior to the order being dispatched. Please contact us prior to returning the item back to us by emailing us at 

  • Shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Any change of mind returns on orders with free shipping promotion will attract a $10 postage fee in addition to a 5% restocking fee to cover the cost of the original postage. The fee will be deducted from the store credit issued. If only a partial order was returned, we may prorate the postage fee according to the number of items returned. Please reach out to us to discuss.

  • Please note that the sale of all clearance items is final and we are unable to accept returns on clearance items.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash and the sale of gift cards are non-refundable. Items purchased using Gift Cards that are subject to our returns or refunds policy will be refunded as store credit.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is a correct and completed address. In an instance where the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge a $10 return shipping fee and a redelivery postage charge as both fees are required by Australia Post and courier companies. Any cancellations which are the result of the incorrect shipping address will fall under the change of mind returns policy.
