Postage Charges for International Orders:
We ship worldwide. We use Australia Post International Parcel Post as our courier and every parcel will be shipped via trackable international parcel post. Postage rates will be calculated based on the weight of your order.
Due to the pandemic, the current delivery time for international orders are varied by country. Please visit Australia Post's current estimated delivery time for international delivery here.
International customers are responsible for all applicable importing duties, taxes, and customs fees assigned by your custom. We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee or a redelivery fee on all the orders returned to us due to the importer refused to pay for the importing duties and taxes.
Unfortunately due to the changes in tax requirements for goods being sent to the UK and the EU, as a result of Brexit, we are currently unable to take orders directly on our website for orders to the UK and the EU. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is a correct and completed address.
