Your order will be processed and dispatched within two business days (excluding preorders & backorders). 

1. FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $90 

2. FLAT RATE shipping of $9.95 for delivery within Australia or $6.95 for selected small flat lightweight items

3. EXPRESS and INTERNATIONAL shipping options available

4. In-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Please note that during busy periods (i.e. sale periods, major promotions, Easter & Christmas), our handling times may increase by a day or two as we try to get through all the orders. We ship 99% of our orders through Australia Post. We may be using Aramex/Sendle courier service on a small number of parcels.

Postage Charges for International Orders:

We ship worldwide. We use Australia Post International Parcel Post as our courier and every parcel will be shipped via trackable international parcel post. Postage rates will be calculated based on the weight of your order.

International customers are responsible for all applicable importing duties, taxes, and customs fees assigned by your custom. We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee or a redelivery fee on all the orders returned to us due to the importer refused to pay for the importing duties and taxes.


Unfortunately due to the changes in tax requirements for goods being sent to the UK and the EU, as a result of Brexit, we are currently unable to take orders directly on our website for orders to the UK and the EU. However, you can visit our eBay store to make your purchase as our eBay store also have nearly every items we stock on our website. Please feel free to reach out to us if you require any assistance placing an order from our eBay store.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is a correct and completed address. In an instance where the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or refused the delivery, we reserve the right to charge a return delivery fee as well as a redelivery postage fee before re-sending your items.

Stock Availability:

We will try our best to keep our online catalog up to date with stock availability as accurately as possible. However, like with all retail businesses, some items will sometimes run low, be discontinued without our knowledge or be back-ordered by our suppliers. Should an item you select be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of the issue to advise expected delivery time, which may be up to 10 days longer. You have an option to either change or cancel your order at this time.

Our emails (such as login verification emails, order dispatch emails) may occasionally end up in your spam, junk, or trash folders so please keep an eye out for that. If you use Gmail, it is possible that our emails may end up in the Promotional Tab of your inbox.

You can authorise Crafties Co email address to keep our emails out of your spam or junk folders. In your email program, you want to make sure that you mark Crafties email addresses as a known, safe source. You can do this by adding to your Contacts or to an Approved, Allowed, or Safe Senders list.
