The Lavinia Stamps Pink Velvet Powder creates a bold, bright pink velvet finish that adds luxurious texture to cards, mixed media, home décor, and other paper crafting projects. Comes in an easy-to-use tube with an air-puff dispenser nozzle. If the powder does not come out immediately, or you would prefer a larger amount in each puff, trim the nozzle to increase the flow. Simply apply the adhesive, puff the powder over the wet surface, then shake away the excess to reveal a beautifully velvety finish.
