We dispatch the orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Send in your order before 12:00 pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and if your goodies are in stock they will be leaving our door within 1-2 days!

We offer free shipping within Australia on most dies, stamps, embossing folders, stencils, and some other special goodies. Those small and flat goodies will be sent via Australia Post standard letter mails which may not have a tracking number. You can upgrade to trackable post at a small cost at the check out.
Receive free standard trackable shipping on all orders within Australia for all orders value over $90. For orders below $90, you have a choice of $6.95 (selected items) or $9.95 for standard shipping (5 to 10 business days) or express shipping (1- 2 business days).
Express Shipping may not be available on some bulky items. In these cases you will be given an exact quote for the express that you can choose, based on the weight of your parcel.
International Shipping is available at great rates! The shipping fee starts from $10. Just add items to the shopping cart to calculate the exact shipping charge. Our international orders are sent with full tracking.

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on faulty merchandise. If you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 30 days so that we can arrange to have the goods replaced or your money refunded for the item costs & shipping.
For change of mind returns, we will provide you with a store credit within the 30 days of delivery for an unused product in a sealed original packaging. The store credit issued does not include delivery costs and the customer is responsible for a return postage. A store credit will be issued when the original product is received by us. Please contact us prior to returning the item back to us by email us at shop@crafties.com.au
Please note that the sale of all clearance items are final and we are unable to accept returns on all clearance items.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is a correct and completed address. In an instance where the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge $10 return shipping fee and a redelivery postage charge as both fees are required by Australia Post and courier companies. Any cancellations which are the result of incorrect shipping address provided may be subjected to 15% restocking fees and $10 return delivery fee.
